These two ‘Lives’ differ. Our understanding of life’s love, knowledge, peace, understanding, joy, kindness, righteousness, justice and all such qualities are limited by our human judgment and standards. This differs from God’s LIFE; His is not love but LOVE, KNOWLEDGE, PEACE, JOY, KINDNESS, RIGHTEOUSNESS, JUSTICE and all such qualities. Although LIFE and Life differ, they also relate. God desires a relationship with us, LIFE in life. As Christians we become God’s agent of change as His Life is fully lived out in our lives. Because of God’s LIFE in our lives, As Myles Monroe puts it; God’s big idea is that we colonize the earth with the culture of heaven.
In our Tenth Anniversary year, our theme and application to the LIFE that Christ gives us will be LIFE Foundations with the objective of helping our members grow in intimacy with the Lord. We will explicate LIFE foundations through four distinct threads;
- LIFE Convictions
- LIFE Relationships
- LIFE Stewardship
- And LIFE Missions
